“How can you create an environment through your leadership to create a sense of PEOPLE feeling like they’re belonging?

To me it’s about changing a mentality away from your usual siloed sense of you versus me to us versus a challenge.

That’s what your leadership needs to create, an environment that understands that it’s about us against the challenge.

PEOPLE-centric leadership allows you to do it.

Once you’ve earned that right because you’ve developed that environment and that Engagement with your PEOPLE, then you could bring them a sense of Empowerment.

And Empowerment to me is about how you can create a sense of being part of something bigger than yourself and feeling part of an ability to be able to influence things in a much more major way is something that we all viscerally I think need a sense of fulfilment that comes from that.
