“We don’t seem to have a coherent strategy”,

Well, there’s obviously a communication issue present here!
What you need to do is paint a picture of what the future will look like when your new strategy is in place and is up and running.
This isn’t just an organisational chart or a fancy diagram of the IT real estate, it is a lot more than that.
What we are talking about here are giving clear views of the future organisational state and how the whole place will fit together.
It’s called a Target Operating Model or “TOM” for short.
A TOM shows how a strategy influences and changes the whole people, process and technology landscape of the future “The organisational jigsaw”.
In our training programme, facilitated by David Winders and Barry Eustance, we show you how to metaphorically:
