We also take this opportunity to announce for Q4 2024 our “Leading Change” three-day residential courses.

These will be facilitated by Tony Underwood and Barry Eustance CMgr MCMI.

You may be familiar with Tony’s background as a player in the British Lions international rugby team, professional rugby union player, Airbus Super Jumbo Captain, a brand ambassador for several leading organisations and a leading Social Value consultant.

Tony and Barry will be combining nearly eight decades of hands-on leadership experience and training to bring together the very best, and unique, combination of Leadership and Change practices that really work. Barry is Kotter Advanced Change Leader Certified.


We’ll be holding our “Leading Change” courses at an outstanding training location – New Place, in Hampshire – previously an IBM training centre, and now a stunning hotel, spa and conference venue.
